Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and workspace name. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
• Your work: projects, tasks, notes, documents and files you upload, decisions, saved preferences (Memory) and your chats with the assistant.
• What’s needed to run the service: sign-in cookies and basic server logs.

How we use it

Only to run Omnitryx for you: to show and search your work, and to write the AI answers, next steps, summaries and suggestions you see. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.

AI processing

To answer a question or write a suggestion, Omnitryx sends the relevant parts of your workspace to its AI provider, OpenAI, through its API. Only what is needed for that answer is sent.

Who can see your data

You, and people you add to your workspace. Our service providers (hosting and the AI provider) handle it only to run the service.

How long we keep it

• A chat with no new messages for 5 days is deleted automatically.
• Everything else stays until you delete it or close your account.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any project, task, note, document or decision at any time.
• Delete saved preferences on the Memory page — the assistant stops using them straight away.
• Download a copy of all your data from Settings, under Privacy & data.
• Ask the Omnitryx team to delete your account.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you about important changes.
